Terms and Conditions Last updated 15 April, 2021 Please read the following terms and conditions before using the Gratis mobile application or website (the “Service”) carefully as it sets out the terms of a legally binding agreement between you and Gratis Foundation. The Gratis Foundation is a registered nonprofit with 501(c)(3) tax exempt status, pending, which handles donor advised contributions made using the Gratis mobile application or website. In agreeing to the terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Privacy Policy, available below, and by all technical specifications, rules of operation, and security procedures, and any other terms and conditions set forth by Gratis Foundation. You agree to be bound by such revised terms as they may be posted from time to time. Introduction: The following sets out the terms and conditions on which you may use content on Gratis’ website, Gratis’ mobile browser site, Gratis in store Applications and other digital publishing services owned by Gratis Foundation. All the services herein will be referred to as Gratis Foundation Content Services. Registration Access and Use: If you choose to create an account with us, you will be asked to provide an email address and certain personal information, such as first and last name, in creating your user profile. By creating an account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to our newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link in any email that we send. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You agree that if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach, that you will notify us immediately at help@givegratis.org The site is intended solely for individuals 13 years of age or older. Any use or access of the site from users under 13 is strictly prohibited. Registration services are offered to individual subscribers only. If multiple individuals propose to access the same account or to create a corporate account, please contact us. The nature and volume of Gratis content services you consume will vary according to the geography you reside in. All information received by us from your registration will be used by Gratis in accordance with your Privacy Policy (see separate section on this for more details). On registration, we expect you to provide Gratis with accurate and complete information in the compulsory fields. We also expect you to keep the information secure. Please update the information as needed to keep your account relevant. Gratis will rely on any information provided to us. Each registration is for a single user only. If you share your personal access information with others, Gratis Foundation may cancel or suspend your account without further obligation to you. When you provide Gratis Foundation with an email address, you are entitling Gratis Foundation to send you messages to this address.
